• Our payment terms are 30 days unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to add interest at 8%+ BOE base rate per calendar month (or part month) for money still owed after 60 days.
• We invoice monthly on projects that run over several months.
• If your accounting system requires a purchase order number, it is your responsibility to provide one. If our invoices are returned or unpaid because a PO was not provided, we will charge an administration fee of £100 per invoice returned or delayed.
• A project may need to be re-estimated or re-quoted once all project elements are received or if there are changes in the scope of work.
• Our minimum booking and minimum charge is 0.5 day, which is 4 hours. A day booking is 8 hours, standard breaks will be taken. Any amendments required after a day rate booking will be charged as a 0.5 day minimum. Overtime will be charged at 1.5x rate and will be agreed with the client and the designer prior to any overtime work being initiated.
• A booking is fully chargeable if cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. A pencil will act as a booking if it is not released with more than 24 hours notice.
• We scale up our team with trusted suppliers as required.
• We have the right to share projects on our portfolio and social media, unless agreed otherwise.
• The client shall indemnify us against all claims and expenses, including solicitor's fees, for assets provided by the client for use in a project, including but not limited to stock footage or artwork, music, fonts and logos. Assets provided by the client will only be used by us in the agreed project.
• Source materials will be removed from our system after 6 months. If you would like to keep these on file beyond this time, there is an archival cost.
• Fees are associated with providing project files on project rate work unless otherwise agreed.
• It is the client’s responsibility to check for accuracy before the file is live unless we have been asked specifically to source external facts and figures.
